About these terms
These terms govern your use of mertontutors.com and any tuition or digital content we provide. By using the site or booking a session, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Tuition
We offer one-to-one mathematics tuition. After you submit an enquiry, we match you with a tutor and confirm a schedule by email. Tuition is charged at the rate quoted in your confirmation email and is invoiced monthly unless agreed otherwise.
Cancellation.Cancellations and reschedules made at least 24 hours before a session are free of charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full at the tutor’s discretion.
No guarantees. We work hard with every student, but we cannot guarantee any specific exam grade, admission outcome, or test score. Outcomes depend on the student’s preparation, effort, and the exam itself.
Premium TMUA papers
Premium access to the full set of TMUA papers and worked solutions is a one-off purchase of £149.99 (or the price displayed at checkout). Payment is processed by Stripe. On successful payment, access is granted to the account you used at checkout and is kept indefinitely.
Refunds. Because access is digital and granted immediately, you waive your statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 at the point of purchase. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you using the materials, contact us within 14 days for a refund.
Licence. Premium content is licensed to you for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share any of the materials. We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are breached.
Free papers and email access
Some TMUA papers are available free of charge after submitting your email address. By submitting your email, you grant us a licence to use it to deliver the requested content and (if you opt in) to send preparation tips. You can withdraw consent at any time.
